Scott Turczynski's brainchild, The T12 Project, will integrate a variety of hospitality concepts into one unique place at the site of the old Landus Cooperative located at 101 Lincoln Street Northeast in Bondurant, IA. The T12 Project will be the first of many projects redeveloping the 25 acres of land into what will eventually become Bondurant's Grain District.

The project's commitment to innovation, quality, authenticity, and inclusivity will help guide the creation of a fully accessible distillery (T12 Distillery) focused on small batch spirits, a first-in-class speakeasy crafting unique cocktails with the distillery's spirits, and an unforgettable event space unlike any other in the state of Iowa. The project aims to create a space where all are welcome, stories are shared, and accessibility is at the heart of everything the project delivers.
